Epiphany:
- (n): a sudden revelation or insight
- Derived from the Greek word "epiphaneia" meaning "appearance" or "manifestation."
- In literary terms, an epiphany is that moment in the story where a character achieves realization, awareness or a feeling of knowledge after which events are seen through the prism of this new light in the story.
Assignment:
- 4 minute minimum speech on an experience that has served as an epiphany in your life
- Prepared speech written on paper or note cards turned in
- PowerPoint, Photostory, or other visual presentation of your choice to accompany your speech
- Speeches begin Tuesday, January 2nd
